A Conversation with Nina Day

Christina (Nina) Day, wife of The Ohio State University football head coach Ryan Day, joins the Ohio State Alumni Club of Greater Cleveland for a conversation about how the family navigated an emotional season shaped by the pandemic and what it means to raise mental health awareness.
In 2019, the couple created The Ryan and Christina Day Fund for Pediatric and Adolescent Mental Wellness in conjunction with Nationwide Children’s Hospital to help raise awareness, increase educational opportunities, and inspire advocacy for mental health.
